In 1990, Murata Holdings opened a cobalt mine around Mount Senbonyama in Kochi. After establishing a mutual agreement with the Ryukyuan settlement nearby and constructing an asphalt road that will make transportation easy, the mine is officially opened in 1992. In no time, the settlement turned into a small city of its own with its own clinic, school, and postal office.In 2003, the cobalt mine collapsed and killed 85% of its workforces, driving the dwellers who came from the city back to their own place. The company managed to clear their name after the incident. Though, with only the Ryukyuan left, the government cut access to electricity and cable phones, leaving the settlement cut off from the rest of the world again.As of 2010, the settlement consists of two teenagers, one person in working age, and fifteen elderly above the working age. In 2018, a severe heatwave wiped out ten elder, leaving only two people in working age and five elderly people residing in the settlement.List of people whose birth are registered and are in working age are:

Kumo Ikka has been around since the Meiji restoration. Its foundation was built on gambling joints, stock exchanges, and money laundering. The organization itself was divided into twenty clans that focuses on Tokyo's special ward and some part of Kyoto.After a particularly harmful event, the organization was divided into two sides. Amidst all the conflict, Yamada Goro, a fuku-honbucho, and his partner Sato Etsuji took the opportunity to completely separate their clan from the rest of the organization. Together, they managed to get ahold of Kōjimachi, Kabukichō, Nichō, and Fukuoka.The members divided themselves into two. Yamada took Terajima with him to strenghten their grip in Fukuoka. Whereas Shimamura takes Yamada's place as the new boss of Tokyo.Shimamura's group (consists of Sato, Tanba, and Andre) runs a host club, a hostess club, and an izakaya. On a bigger picture, the group dabbles in prostitution scene, trafficking, and entertainment joints. As of now, most members of Shimamura's group lives in a Japanese-style house that doubles as their headquarter.
